The driving force behind everything we do is our team of Brand Ambassadors, people who know how to spark genuine conversations and represent brands with confidence, professionalism, and care.

Role Overview

We’re looking for friendly, driven individuals to join us asBrand Ambassadors. In this role, you’ll represent our clients out in the field, introducing their products or services to new customers.

You’ll be the first point of contact, so being comfortable talking to people and sharing information in a clear, engaging way is essential. It’s a hands on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, meeting new people, and making an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers in different settings to raise awareness of our clients’ brands and build lasting relationships.
• Clearly explain what makes our clients’ products or services unique and how they can benefit customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns quickly and professionally.
• Gather customer feedback to help us improve our offerings and refine our marketing strategies.
• Support promotional events and initiatives to increase brand visibility within the community.
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop new strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and keep an eye on competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills, both speaking and listening, with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, along with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus and can help us reach a wider audience.
• A good understanding of market trends and an eye for identifying new opportunities for growth.
• A proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and stay on top of responsibilities.

Pay: £400.00-£1,200.00 per week
