Brand - {Ambassador}

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Navigator HR as an on-camera brand ambassador.
• Create engaging Reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media.
• Confidently explain Navigator HR’s services, processes, and value proposition.
• Present content in a natural, professional, and engaging manner.
• Understand key talking points and communicate them in your own words.
• Participate in campaign-based and promotional video projects.
• Share relatable stories, insights, and examples that help build trust in the brand.
• Collaborate with the HR/Marketing team to develop content ideas and scripts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and brand image across all content.
• Experiment with different content formats, hooks, and presentation styles.
• Be comfortable recording multiple takes and improving content based on feedback.

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking naturally in front of a camera.
• Ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
• Strong understanding of social media content, especially Reels/short-form videos.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn basic information into engaging content.
• Ability to understand a brief and deliver content accordingly.
• Good energy, personality, and audience engagement skills.
• Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, presenter, host, brand ambassador, or social media personality is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of previous on-camera work will be preferred.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs16,000.00 per month
