What you'll be doing

1. Welcoming and interacting with customers, providing a warm and friendly shopping experience
2. Conducting live, interactive demonstrations of our jewelry products to showcase their features and unique qualities
3. Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions and addressing any concerns
4. Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
5. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

1. Passion for the jewelry industry and a keen eye for design and fashion trends
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences
3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury retail or hospitality sector
4. Strong product knowledge and the capacity to learn about new collections and product features
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent initiative
6. Excellent time management skills and a professional, presentable appearance
