Brand Ambassador - Paid In-Store Sampling Shift (Inverness, FL)

Greenline Activations is a Jacksonville, FL-based field marketing and brand activation agency. We put trained, certified brand ambassadors in retail stores across Florida and the Southeast to sample and sell hemp and functional beverage products. We run it like a real operation: scheduling, shift tracking, and pay all live in our own ambassador portal, so you always know where you need to be and when you get paid.

The Shift

• Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026
• Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (3 hours)
• Location: 1500 N US Hwy 41, Inverness, FL 34450
• What you'll do: Run an in-store sampling activation for a premium hemp brand at a leading retail partner. Set up your table, engage shoppers, pour and hand out samples, answer product questions, and log your sampling and sales numbers in real time on our mobile platform.

Pay and Payment

• $32.00/hour base pay for the shift
• Bi-weekly direct deposit, paid every other Friday
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are your own boss, you choose which shifts to take, and you are responsible for your own taxes
• Zero out-of-pocket on products: we issue a virtual debit card to your phone before each shift for any on-site purchases

Training and Certification (We Pay for It)

• All ambassadors complete our HempSafe certification before working a shift. It's a 5-module video course plus a short quiz (80% to pass), takes about 90 minutes, and is self-paced
• Greenline covers the full course fee. You pay nothing
• Certification is valid for 12 months

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the store
• Your own sampling table and tablecloth (a clean, professional setup is part of the job)
• Outgoing, friendly, confident talking to strangers
• Dependable and on time. We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel a shift
• Comfortable using a smartphone to check in and log your numbers
• Willing to complete HempSafe certification before your first shift

Nice to Have

• ServSafe or TIPS certification is a plus
• Previous brand ambassador, sampling, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
