About Us

ISI Elite Training is opening at 2323 S Lamar Blvd in November 2026. We're a boutique group strength and conditioning studio built on team-based training, real coaching, and a community that shows up for each other. Right now we're in pre-sales building our Founding Member roster before the doors open, and we need people out in Austin representing us.

The Role

Brand Ambassadors are the face of ISI South Lamar at events. You'll work races, pop-ups, partner activations, and neighborhood happenings — talking to people, capturing leads, and getting Austin excited about what's coming to South Lamar. This is an in-person, event-based role. Shifts are scheduled in advance around our activation calendar (expect 1–3 events per month during pre-sales, with more around launch).

What You'll Do

• Staff ISI tables, tents, and booths at races, festivals, partner events, and community pop-ups
• Start conversations with strangers — confidently, warmly, and without a script that sounds like a script
• Capture leads (QR scans, sign-up sheets, giveaway entries) and hit per-event lead targets
• Explain the ISI model and the Founding Member offer clearly and accurately
• Run giveaways, spin wheels, demos, and other on-site activations
• Represent ISI at joint-venture partner locations — coffee shops, studios, med spas, and clinics in the area
• Set up and break down event footprints, including hauling and organizing gear, merch, and signage
• Hand off warm leads to the studio team with clean, accurate notes
• Report back after each event: leads captured, what worked, what didn't

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing and genuinely comfortable approaching people you don't know
• Reliable — you show up on time, in uniform, ready to work
• Physically able to be on your feet for 3–5 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• Weekend and early-morning availability (most activations are Saturday/Sunday mornings)
• Reliable transportation to event sites around Austin
• Fitness experience is a plus but not required — belief in what we're building matters more
• 18+

Compensation

• $20/hour for all scheduled event hours, including setup and breakdown
• Bonus for exceeding per-event lead capture targets
• ISI merch, plus perks from our local partner network

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
