Duties

• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person service, answering questions, and offering personalized product recommendations.
• Manage data collection efforts by recording customer feedback, engagement metrics, and promotional outcomes to support marketing strategies.
• Utilize social media management skills to share live updates, product highlights, and event content that boost brand visibility online.
• Conduct product demonstrations confidently, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently while addressing customer inquiries about pricing, promotions, or product details.
• Overcome sales objections with positive communication techniques to turn interest into conversions.
• Represent the brand at various events and retail locations, ensuring consistent branding and professional presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase foot traffic and brand recognition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail store products to provide accurate information and enhance customer experience.

Skills

• Previous food service experience or in-person customer service roles that demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in data collection, social media management, and digital content sharing.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer groups effectively.
• Experience in event marketing or promotional activities that generate buzz and attract audiences.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident public speaking presence for product demos and brand messaging.
• Customer relationship building skills to foster loyalty and repeat business through genuine engagement.
• Knowledge of retail store products combined with technical proficiency for managing POS systems or digital tools.
• Strong sales skills including promoting products, handling objections, and closing sales confidently.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
