A creative agency based in Hong Kong, partnering with leading brands across hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, property, technology and sustainability. We help brands tell meaningful stories through strategy, creative content, digital marketing and brand communications.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Brand & Content Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a diverse range of industries, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about creating impactful content and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

*  Manage the day-to-day coordination of assigned client accounts.

*  Build positive relationships with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

*  Develop and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms.

*  Write engaging and brand-appropriate social media copy for a variety of industries.

*  Conduct research on client industries, competitors and market trends to support content development and campaign planning.

*  Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and external partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

*  Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

*  Monitor content performance and prepare monthly reports and presentation decks.

*  Assist with campaign planning, brainstorming sessions and new business proposals.

*  Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on brand and aligned with client objectives.

*  Support other marketing and communications initiatives as required.

Requirements

*  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.

*  2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, account servicing or a related field.

*  Excellent written and spoken English. Cantonese is an advantage.

*  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

*  Excellent attention to detail.

*  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

*  Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.

*  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an advantage:

*  Strong copywriting and editing skills across different brand voices.

*  Interest in, or experience researching and writing about, technology, sustainability, engineering or other technical industries.

*  Experience conducting market and competitor research to support marketing strategies.

*  Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook business accounts.

*  Familiarity with AI tools to support research and content development.

*  Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and analytics.
