At QB Men, we're building more than just a menswear brand — we're building a community around modern Indian style. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, storytelling, and social media, and knows how to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch and share.

If you're constantly saving Reels for inspiration, understand what makes content go viral, and enjoy building brands through creativity rather than ads, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Own QB Men's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Create engaging short-form video concepts, reels, behind-the-scenes content and brand storytelling.
• Build and maintain QB Men's visual and written brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with the design and product teams to translate collections into compelling stories.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and creator partnerships.
• Identify relevant creators, negotiate collaborations and manage campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats and platform updates.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas that feel native to social media rather than traditional advertising.
• Track content performance and continuously optimize strategy based on insights.
• Help build a community by driving engagement through comments, conversations and interactive content.
• Coordinate shoots, styling, scripting and production whenever required.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media or brand marketing.
• Has a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts and current social trends.
• Can write compelling captions, scripts and marketing copy.
• Has experience working with influencers and creator campaigns.
• Understands fashion, lifestyle and visual storytelling.
• Can think creatively while staying commercially focused.
• Is comfortable filming content on a phone and directing shoots.
• Can edit short-form videos using apps like CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Has an eye for aesthetics, design and brand consistency.
• Is proactive, organised and full of ideas.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with fashion, D2C or lifestyle brands.
• Have personally grown a social media page.
• Understand memes and internet culture.
• Have experience with Meta Insights, Google Analytics or social analytics tools.
• Can identify trends before they become mainstream.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
