Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create, write, design, and edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage content publishing, community engagement, and audience growth.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across platforms.
• Track social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Research relevant industry trends, events, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate event registrations, logistics, and briefing notes.
• Maintain contact databases, manage relationships, and follow up on networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, personal branding, and thought leadership.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools.
• Excellent written English and the ability to write in another person's voice.
• Strong skills in graphic design, photography, and video storytelling.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Discretion, reliability, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of social enterprise, impact investment, international development, or African entrepreneurship.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting public figures, executives, or speakers at events.
