At  Mktideas Agency , we're looking for a talented  Brand & Visual Designer  with a strong visual eye, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail, capable of developing brand identities, graphic assets, and high-quality audiovisual content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO | Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop visual concepts and brand identities that reflect each brand's essence.
• Design logos, visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and branded applications.
• Create digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, promotional assets, and social media content.
• Develop and adapt visual campaigns across different formats, platforms, and communication needs.
• Edit reels, short-form videos, and audiovisual content for digital platforms.
• Create basic motion graphics, transitions, animated typography, and visual effects.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications.
• Use stock image libraries and AI-powered tools to create and optimize visual assets.
• Interpret creative briefs and independently execute high-quality visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Art Managers and cross-functional creative teams to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR | Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience  in graphic design, branding, and visual communication, preferably within creative, marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proven experience in branding, visual identity development, and graphic systems.
• Hands-on video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and visual animation.
• Proficiency with Canva, stock image libraries, and AI-powered design tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and editorial design.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

• Experience in advertising campaigns and multidisciplinary creative projects.
