Brand Assistant 1

As a Brand Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day brand operations, monitoring market performance, and bringing compelling marketing campaigns to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.

In this role, you will work closely with Brand Managers, creative teams, visual merchandisers, and retail operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent brand presentation. You will handle everything from product tracking and inventory management to market research, competitor analysis, and trade activations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of brand strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance, sales data, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock distribution across retail channels.
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and store visits to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, sales, and supply chain teams to align brand assets, collateral, and timelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors, mall marketing, and event partners for promotional activations and press events.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand Management team, including purchase requisitions, promo registrations (DTI), and sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 2 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, or FMCG.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for report generation and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle trends, and retail brand management.
