Brand Assistant

Job Summary

A Brand Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, managing content, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role helps ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively to promote the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Help manage and update company social media accounts and marketing materials
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign results
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication
• Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
• Assist in creating content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and advertisements
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and other departments as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks for the marketing department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related role
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
