Job Summary

The Brand Assistant supports the Brand Management team in executing marketing and brand-building initiatives. This role assists in product management, campaign execution, market research, competitor monitoring, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of brand and marketing plans.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and market activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Assist in managing product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews.
• Track marketing budgets, purchase requests, and documentation related to brand activities.
• Work closely with suppliers, agencies, and third-party partners for marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand materials and marketing collaterals are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support administrative tasks related to brand management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related functions.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Brand Manager or Marketing Manager.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
