Every brand has a story to tell. The challenge is making sure that story comes through consistently in campaigns, promotional materials, and customer interactions. We're looking for a Brand Assistant in Atlanta, GA to support brand marketing activities, coordinate campaign materials, and help the team deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys creative projects, communicating with people, and keeping marketing activities organized. You'll work alongside the wider team to support brand initiatives, contribute ideas, and help ensure campaigns are prepared and delivered effectively.

The Role

• Assist with coordinating brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare and organize presentations, marketing materials, and brand documents.
• Help ensure brand messaging remains consistent across marketing channels.
• Research customer preferences, competitors, and relevant market trends.
• Support the planning and coordination of promotional events and campaigns.
• Update marketing records, campaign calendars, and project information.
• Communicate with internal teams to keep brand projects moving forward.
• Help track campaign progress and compile basic performance updates.
• Assist with preparing content for digital and print marketing materials.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help meet campaign deadlines.
• Support general marketing and brand administration as needed.

What You'll Need

• An interest in branding, marketing, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentations, and standard office software.
• Ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute ideas.
• A professional, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, retail, events, sales, or administration is a plus, but training will be provided on internal systems and processes .
