Brand Assistant/Project Coordinator

About the role

Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, promotions, events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, documentation, and day-to-day project requirements
• Coordinate creative requirements and assist in the production and organization of marketing materials and brand assets
• Assist in the planning and on-ground execution of events, sponsorships, activations, and other brand activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely completion of assigned requirements
• Assist in monitoring market and competitor activities and preparing campaign reports, presentations, trackers, and post-activity documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, events, or related fields
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, dependable, resourceful, and willing to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of marketing, digital media, social media, and brand communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with creative tools is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
• Willing to support events, activations, and special projects when required
