BRAND ASSOCIATE/ ADMIN

Job Summary

The Brand Associate / Admin supports the Brand team in executing marketing activities,

campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives. The role also handles administrative

and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and timely implementation of brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and marketing activities.
• Support product launches, events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and other partners.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor brand activities, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and consumer research.
• Assist in monitoring promotional materials and brand assets.
• Maintain organized brand-related files and documents.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative requirements.
• Perform other brand and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a
• related field.
• Experience in brand management, marketing, or administration is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
