BRAND ASSOCIATE

The Brand Associate is responsible for representing and promoting the company’s brand within the retail store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring that the brand standards are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and excellent customer service.
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers to drive sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and other assigned KPIs.
• Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, labeled, stocked, and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Supervisor regarding stock replenishment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the assigned sales area.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper handling of company and store property.
• Prepare or submit required sales, inventory, and activity reports.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and mall/store regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in retail sales, customer service, brand promotion, or merchandising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
• Presentable, confident, and professional in dealing with customers.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be assigned to different retail stores or branches as needed.
