About the role

We are seeking a Brand Associate to join our Marketing Team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our brand strategy. As a Brand Associate, you will work closely with our brand management team to enhance brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our renowned spirits brands in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform brand positioning and messaging
• Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional assets, and brand collateral
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and brand health indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, and communications to ensure consistent brand execution
• Support the management of brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing activities and communications
• Participate in the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and promotional activities
• Assist in maintaining and updating brand databases, customer insights, and relevant marketing documentation
• Contribute to the development of consumer engagement initiatives and loyalty programmes
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence and community engagement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods or spirits industry
• Strong understanding of brand management principles, market positioning, and consumer behaviour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling brand messages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and digital platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for brand campaigns and consumer engagement
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships across departments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in all brand-related work
• Preferred experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing campaigns
