Brand Associate

About the role

This is a marketing role focused on creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms and executing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement through digital, ATL (Above-the-Line), and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms: FB, IG & TT
• Develop and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Implement digital, ATL (Above-the-Line), and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies based on analytics
• Manage KOL, Influencer and Affiliate contacts
• Collaborate with designers, influencers, and marketing teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related course
• Preferably with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience
• Experienced in digital, ATL & BTL marketing initiatives is an advantage
• Ability to conduct own market research
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Skilled in managing and developing marketing campaigns
• Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
• Can start immediately
