WE’RE HIRING – BRAND COLLABORATION MANAGER

Growlouder Productions is looking for a Brand Collaboration Manager to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Find and approach relevant brands for creator collaborations
• Connect with brands through Instagram, WhatsApp, Email & LinkedIn
• Understand campaign requirements and creator suitability
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables & collaboration terms
• Coordinate between brands and creators from start to finish
• Follow up with brands and convert leads into paid collaborations
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and ongoing campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with brands and agencies
• Achieve monthly collaboration and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Confident in talking to brands and clients
• Good knowledge of Instagram, influencer marketing & social media
• Sales/BD experience is a plus
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Proactive, target-oriented & willing to learn
