Brand Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with agents and encourage the adoption of company tools, including E-Name Card and the company website.
• Prepare and manage the weekly newsletter and community updates.
• Collect feedback, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain an updated company database.
• Coordinate branding materials and visual identity projects with the relevant team members.
• Plan and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes with external partners.
• Support brand communication initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident in engaging with agents, colleagues, and external partners.
• Able to plan programmes, coordinate projects, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
