Brand Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Brand, Community & Experience Manager to help shape how people experience Skyroot beyond day-to-day content and social.

Experience: 4–6 years

What you’ll own

• Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns .
• Build and grow communities across students, engineers, space enthusiasts, customers and other relevant audiences .
• Lead brand experiences across launches, exhibitions, conferences, campus visits and key external events .
• Develop merchandise and distinctive brand-property initiatives .
• Identify and manage brand partnerships and collaborations .
• Translate company milestones, missions and launches into compelling brand activations.
• Build repeatable community programmes rather than one-off events.
• Bring PR and communications thinking into campaigns, partnerships, events and other brand moments.
• Support corporate and external communications where brand and community engagement intersect.
• Manage timelines, vendors, production partners, budgets and campaign metrics .
• Collaborate closely with the Brand, Content & Social Lead and shared creative resources to maintain consistent narrative, voice and creative standards.

What we’re looking for

• 4–6 years of experience across brand marketing, community, experiential marketing, PR/communications, integrated campaigns or related roles.
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management are essential.
