Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organised Brand Coordinator to support brand marketing activities, campaign execution, product launches, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support product launches, events, and brand activations.
• Prepare marketing materials and coordinate content across digital channels.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and brand partners.
• Maintain campaign schedules, budgets, and project timelines.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure brand communications are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate social media and digital marketing activities.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to brand projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project-coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, or luxury brands is an advantage.
