Brand Development & Program Curation Manager

Summary

New Monday is New Media Group's hub for Gen Z taste. We cover the intersection of trending fashion, breakout entertainment, internet culture, and lifestyle—serving as the go-to platform for a generation that sets the agenda.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and develop New Monday related young professionals and entrepreneurs across lifestyle verticals (e.g coffee, wine, wellness, sport, travel, investment and entertainment).
• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key community members, micro-influencers, brand partners, and young entrepreneurs.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador for New Monday at external events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
• Plan, coordinate, and host regular community programs  (e.g., networking nights, tastings, wellness workshops, travel talks, sports meetups).
• Work with the content team to develop community-driven stories, interviews, and social media features.

Requirements

• Passionate about lifestyle trends (coffee, wine, wellness, sport, travel, entrepreneurship), with outgoing, charismatic personality  and able to build rapport quickly.
• 3–5 years of experience in PR, community management, events, or lifestyle marketing (agency, media, or brand side).
• Proven track record of organizing social or networking events (e.g., startup meetups, lifestyle workshops, brand activations).
• Strong networking skills with an existing Rolodex of young entrepreneurs, lifestyle influencers, or F&B/wellness contacts is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
