Brand Development Executive - North

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Brand Development Executive to strengthen MR's presence in the automotive aftermarket, build strong relationships with mechanics, denters, and retailers, and drive brand awareness across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits to mechanics, denters, and retailers (20–25 visits per day).
• Promote MR automotive products and strengthen brand preference.
• Register and engage customers through the MR Reward Points Application.
• Coordinate with distributors to improve product availability and market penetration.
• Execute promotional activities and gather competitor intelligence.
• Achieve assigned field coverage, registration, and engagement targets.
• Maintain accurate daily visit records and performance reports.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
• 2-5 years experience with strong communication skills.
• Experience in field marketing, automotive parts, or aftermarket sales will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic smartphone and mobile application proficiency.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
