Brand E-Commerce Operations

• Execute strategic initiatives for each brand's product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
• Execute strategic plans for new product launches and campaigns in line with agreed strategies
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Affiliate team on recruitment, management, performance monitoring, and loyalty programs for each affiliate type
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Shoppertainment team to align live streaming activities with brand strategy
• Work with the media commerce team to implement onsite advertising effectively
• Partner with the Perfect Store team, brands, and agencies to enhance store visuals, naming, and product descriptions
• Collaborate and coordinate with Parama to ensure smooth store operations
• Track and report on new launches and campaign performance
• Conduct weekly competitor activity analysis

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, brand operations, or digital marketing
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with affiliate programs, shoppertainment (live streaming), and media commerce activities
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, including store management and performance tracking
• Analytical skills to monitor campaign results and conduct competitor analysis
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
