Brand Executive

• Manage and maintain the brand's identity, image, positioning, values, personality, and brand promise, ensuring consistent implementation across products, communication materials, and consumer touchpoints
• Support the Brand & Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies, marketing plans, product communication, packaging, and other brand-building initiatives
• Conduct market, consumer, category, and competitor research to identify consumer insights, market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for brand development
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports, marketing performance, survey results, consumer insights, and activity evaluations, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Manage the Business Partner Program, including recruitment, onboarding, database management, activation, follow-up, order monitoring, repeat orders, and partner performance
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Brand Promotion, Creative, Customer Relations, Sales, R&D, and other related functions to ensure brand strategies and initiatives are implemented consistently
• Provide recommendations to the Brand & Marketing Manager based on brand performance, consumer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and program results

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles
• Good understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, market research, and competitor analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; confident in representing the brand professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
