Brand Executive

About the role

Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brand portfolio. Strategize, plan, and execute brand initiatives and activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company's objectives are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate market research to develop strong consumer insights, analyze market trends and competitors' activities, including their new product launches, development, and market penetration
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop product briefs and integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand growth
• Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to meet brand growth goals
• Create innovative digital and social media marketing plans to support brand execution and new product launches
• Work closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creativity, to align branding and advertising efforts with overall business objectives
• Assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives
• Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG, preferably from the food & beverage Industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently across various platforms and departments with minimal supervision, and also a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
