Brand Executive

Turn brand strategies into effective campaigns that build awareness and brand presence.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Manage product launches, brand activations, offline events, and branding projects from planning to execution.

Develop campaign concepts, big ideas, collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and brand standards.

Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, creative briefs, PDPs, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty or FMCG industry.

Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, AI tools, and monitoring tools.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, skincare trends, and campaign development.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with competitor monitoring skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, strong brand ownership and time management.

Experienced in agency/vendor management and cross-functional collaboration, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
