About Us:

Urban Senses is a dynamic and fast-growing brand specializing in Aromatherapy & Home Fragrance. We are looking for a passionate and multi-talented Brand Executive to join our team and help drive our growth. This role involves managing operations, supporting content creation and building brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the brand's growth and managing daily operations. Your duties will include:

Brand Building & Outreach

• Build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Secure brand collaborations and co-branding opportunities.
• Coordinate pop-up stores and retail events.
• Assist to develop wholesale and B2B distribution channels.

Operations & Content

• Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
• Oversee inventory, including forecasting and stock accuracy.
• Assist in content brainstorming and script writing for TikTok and social media.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news.

General Support

• Provide comprehensive support to the Brand Manager on all other brand-related tasks and strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Individual with proactive, energetic, and positive "can-do" attitude.

·       At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or account executive role.

·       Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) and current digital trends.

·       Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for content and partnerships.

·       Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple projects at once.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

·       Only candidate with full working rights in Thailand.

Bonus Skill: A passion for the wellness, fragrance, or lifestyle industry is a significant plus.
