What You'll Do

As a Brand Experience Manager, you'll be part of the collaborative visionary team behind our brand's identity. From developing cutting-edge marketing strategies to curating immersive guest interactions, you'll be impactful in shaping the future of Marc & Rose Hospitality.

Partnering with the Corporate Director of Concept & Brand Development and the Senior Director of Procurement & Product Development, the Brand Development Manager supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives spanning food and beverage, guest experience, design, operational excellence, technology, procurement, brand standards, and portfolio innovation.

The Brand Development Manager drives the successful execution of the department's strategic initiatives, ensuring ideas progress seamlessly from concept through implementation while fostering collaboration across ownership, corporate leadership, consultants, vendors, and property teams. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is energized by creating memorable guest experiences, improving operations, and bringing meaningful ideas to life.
