FORME is looking for a Brand Formulator—someone who can take a vision and turn it into a strong creative strategy and consistent execution.

This is more than a social media management role. We want someone who can hear where we're trying to go and come back with ideas for how to get us there.

You'll help shape two brands:

FORME — an event planning and production studio expanding beyond weddings into promotional events, brand activations, launches, dinners, and experiential events.

In Good Company — an emerging lifestyle and community brand centered around bringing people together through content, partnerships, and experiences.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative and social strategies for both brands
• Create and manage Instagram and TikTok content
• Edit Reels, short-form video, Stories, and carousels
• Turn existing event footage into compelling content
• Develop original content series, campaigns, and launch ideas
• Help position FORME beyond weddings
• Help shape and launch In Good Company
• Occasionally capture content at Bay Area events
• Review performance and evolve the strategy

We're looking for someone with strong creative judgment, visual taste, storytelling ability, and initiative.

You should be able to both bring the idea and execute it.

30-Day Paid Trial

We'll begin with a paid 30-day trial to evaluate creative direction, quality of execution, consistency, communication, initiative, and early content performance.

If it's a strong fit, we'd like this to become an ongoing role.

We're not looking for the lowest rate or the biggest follower count. We're looking for someone who understands the vision and knows how to give it form.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
