Brand Growth Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and energetic individual to position our products in the market, build public awareness, and engage directly with potential customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, conducting field campaigns, organizing events, and promoting products to drive user acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Positioning: Develop and execute strategies to establish the product in the market.
• Field Marketing: Promote products through direct interactions, public engagement, and on-ground activities.
• Events & Campaigns: Organize and conduct promotional events, awareness campaigns, and community activities.
• Community Building: Connect with target audiences and build an active community around the product.
• Brand Awareness: Represent the brand confidently and communicate its value to potential users.
• Customer Acquisition: Generate leads, attract new users, and support business growth.
• Market Insights: Gather public feedback and identify opportunities to improve product reach.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outspoken, confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Ability to connect with people easily and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, networking, and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to conduct street-level promotions, field interviews, events, and campaigns.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, with weekly offs provided on weekdays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
