Roles and Responsibilities

• When a paediatric patient visits Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital for vision correction and the doctor recommends myopia control lenses following an evaluation, the patient will be referred to the Essilor Brand Promoter.
• The promoter will guide the patient and their accompanying parent or guardian to the optical section.
• The promoter will counsel them on myopia management and explain the benefits of Essilor Stellest lenses, enabling them to make an informed purchase decision.
• The monthly sales target is a minimum of 25 pairs of Stellest lenses.
• In the absence of paediatric patients, the promoter can focus on creating awareness and promoting other Essilor product offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Any degree.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language.
• Gender: Male or female candidates are eligible.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week, with Sunday as the weekly off.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Lunch Break: 1 hour.
