BRAND LEAD

About the role

We are Thailand's fastest-growing biscuit company, among in the top five ranking. To assist us grow the brands and win over the hearts and minds of new-generation consumers, we are searching for a passionate Brand Lead to join our team.

Scope & Responsibilities

1. Be Champion of the Brand, own end-to-end brand journey​

2. Develop Brand Campaign, NPD Launch, NPD Creation​

• Develop and launch brand campaign in aligning w/ CI​
• Develop and roll out New Packaging design, format​
• Help shape the brand’s personality, CI, expression​
• Find new ways for the brand to show up w/ Gen Z, Millennials​

3.​Direct KOL and Content Management ​

• Create contents on TikTok, FB, YT, IG to support Brand & NPD ​
• Directly identify, approach and work with KOLs​

​4. Post Launch Assessment​

• Monitor media performance, consumer responses, sales​

5.    Monitor Trend to suggest New Ideas:​

• Monitor Social Listening, Creator, Food/ Drinks/ Snack trends​
• Suggest new ideas that could become growth opportunities

Qualification

• 2-5 years of experiences of brand marketing in Snacks, Drinks, Food​

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing or related fields​

• Experience of directly working and dealing with KOLs

• Hand-On and Executional:

  • Comfortable getting into the details and making things happen.​
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.​
  • Comfortable working with R&D, Sales, agencies, KOLs and other external partners.​
  • Fast-moving and able to work in an environment where priorities can change quickly​

• Creative & Idea Skills:

  • Strong sense of what is interesting, relevant​
  • Able to turn a trend, consumer behavior or cultural moment into a brand opportunity​
  • Comfortable with pitching/ presenting new ideas​

• Comfortable with number: sales, market data, media performance and campaign results​
