Brand Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a marketer who's equal parts builder, creative and operator someone who can brainstorm a campaign in the morning and obsess over ROI by evening. You'll own the marketing funnel end-to-end: Awareness Lead Generation Nurturing Application Enrolment, sitting at the intersection of Brand, Performance, Content, CRM and Media.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy and translate targets into acquisition plans.
• Build brand campaigns that are culturally relevant and commercially effective.
• Drive CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion through Paid, Owned, Social, CRM and Events.
• Partner with Admissions/Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage creative, performance and media agencies against clear ROI targets.
• Own the marketing calendar and campaign execution end-to-end.
• Build a culture of experimentation across creative, channels and audiences.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years in brand, growth, acquisition or integrated marketing (new-age consumer brands preferred).
• Proven ownership of full-funnel acquisition and conversion.
• Strong grip on Performance Marketing, Media, CRM, Social, Content and Brand.
• Data-obsessed, with strong creative instincts.
• Global market exposure (LATAM, SEA, MENA, Europe, US) is a plus.
• Strong bias for action, ownership and agency management skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
