1. Responsible for planning of new product development with RD .
2. Planning the communication with the Agency.
3. Provide marketing plan , marketing strategic for yearly planning
4. Plan and control the marketing / media budget and follow up the progress of the assigned work category.
5. Follow up and analyze sales target and teams expenses.
6. Control and execute the initiative and / or marketing strategies pricing and distribution channel.
7. Liaisons between partners and internal function on any business requirement to support the marketing implementation plan and distribution channel.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and sales , business administrative.

2. At least 5 years experiences in Brand Management in FMCG by Marketing strategic planning ( above the line

3. Professional and presentable, with good negotiations, communication, and strategy skills.

4. Computer literacy with good command of English

5. Highly responsible, self – motivated, creativity, strong marketing sense and good analytical skill.
