Brand Manager

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager who is excited to build brands that millions of Filipinos trust and love. -        Develop and implement annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

-        Lead annual brand planning, including business targets, marketing objectives, and investment priorities.

-        Identify growth opportunities through market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

-        Analyze consumer behavior, shopper trends, and category dynamics to identify opportunities.

-        Translate market research into actionable marketing and innovation strategies.

-        Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Brand Management (experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an advantage)
• Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
