The Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the local execution of our Global Marketing Strategy, ensuring our brands are positioned for long-term growth and relevance within the Australian market. With considerable ownership and autonomy, you will develop and deliver integrated brand plans across ATL, digital, experiential, NPD, and advocacy and will support trade marketing campaigns. You will work collaboratively cross-functionally and partner closely with global stakeholders, key customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to create compelling consumer experiences across all touchpoints, strengthen brand equity through awareness, relevance & consideration, and deliver against ambitious commercial objectives.

About You

• Experience of drinks industry (preferred)

• Microsoft Office skills

• Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to influence

• Strong communicator

• Strong project management skills and developing consumer activations

• Ability to work under pressure and autonomously

• RSA certification (Australia wide)

• Experience working on events and festivals

• Knowledge of the brand and curiosity about the category and industry
