Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall brand strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen brand awareness and market presence
• Define and refine brand identity, messaging, and positioning to align with consumer trends and company objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, retail promotions)
• Manage social media and art teams to develop compelling content, visual assets, and storytelling strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with KOL team to conduct influencer marketing strategy
• Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and collaborate with the product team to create and launch innovative beauty products
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure a strong brand presence across all distribution channels
• Develop retail and e-commerce strategies to maximize sales performance
• Monitor team's key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales growth, brand awareness, and customer retention

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or luxury industries
• Strong understanding of branding, consumer marketing, and digital strategies
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of global beauty trends
• Highly self-driven with strong managerial skills
• Postgraduate degree is a plus
