Brand Manager

Job Duties:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience and competitive landscape.
• Keep close check on F&B market development and trend in HK, provide prompt advice and creative ideas to cope with the trends.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives. (Including planning, budgeting, and coordinating various marketing activities such as promotions, PR events, and digital marketing initiatives.)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operation, accounting, and purchasing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to operation s team in implementing brand initiatives.
• Assist in digital marketing, conduct periodical review
• Work closely with external agency partners, freelancer network to manage process
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Media or related discipline
• Must be a creative thinker with innovative ideas
• A "foodie", with solid hands-on experience as a food blogger, etc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B Marketing
• Proficient in using design software including Illustrator, Photoshop is a must
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Good command in written and speaking English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
