- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative brand activations and promotions.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in brand management or a related field within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing principles, including event planning, execution, and measurement metrics.
