What they need
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy for café/restaurant and mini soccer businesses
- Determine positioning, target market, brand identity, and brand direction
- Ensure each brand has clear character and positioning
- Identify consumer problems and seek opportunities
- Develop online audiences through social media platforms
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, market, and consumer behavior
- Ensure consistent and engaging brand communication
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing activities
About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar position
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, sports, or retail industries is a plus
- Understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaign, digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be mobile and work alternately in Bandung and Bali as needed
