Brand Manager

Experience - 4 to 8 yrs Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall brand strategy and annual marketing calendar for Mary Jo K. - Plan and execute new product launches across makeup categories. - Build Mary Jo K as a trend-first beauty brand targeting Gen Z and Millennials. - Drive influencer, celebrity, makeup artist and creator collaborations. - Lead campaign ideation, photoshoots, packaging, visual merchandising and brand communication - Work closely with product development to identify global beauty trends and launch innovative products. - Plan and execute retail activations across General Trade, Modern Trade and E-commerce. - Manage media planning, PR and social media. - Monitor campaign ROI, market share, category trends and competitor activities. - Coordinate with sales, creative, design, digital marketing and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand execution. - Also help manage Seminar and Beauty exhibitions Required Skills: - 4-8 years of experience in Beauty, Colour Cosmetics, Personal Care, Fashion or Luxury brands. - Strong understanding of makeup trends, consumer behaviour and beauty marketing. - Experience in influencer marketing, celebrity management and product launches. - Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills. - Strong project management and analytical abilities. - Knowledge of retail marketing, e-commerce platforms and omnichannel brand building. - Passion for beauty, fashion and emerging global makeup trends.
