Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Overall Brand Management

• Own P&L responsibility for the brand portfolio, driving sales, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Partner with brand principals to define brand direction, positioning and growth strategy, with primary responsibility for Hong Kong and support for Chinese Mainland business.
• Develop on-brand DTC retail and eCommerce opportunities to support business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business performance to support sustainable brand growth.

2. Product and Retail Management

• Manage product assortment, pricing, merchandise mix, stock availability and inventory productivity to support sales and profitability.
• Drive retail performance and an elevated store experience through effective KPI management, store operations, manpower planning and service enhancement.

3. Marketing and Customer Engagement

• Develop digital, social, community, CRM and A&P initiatives to drive engagement, loyalty and repeat purchase.
• Coordinate with principals, agencies and internal teams for campaign execution and approvals.
• Track campaign performance and manage A&P spending against budget

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, merchandising, brand management or business planning within the fashion retail industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales growth, profitability and business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, principals and external partners.
• Strong numerical sense, analytical ability and fashion awareness, with a presentable and professional manner.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
