BRAND MANAGER

• Develop and implement effective brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sales results, and market trends.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and other partners.
• Identify opportunities for brand growth and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and market research.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
