Brand Manager

Our client is one of the reputable food and beverages companies in HK with solid foundation and business development in Asia and US markets. They are now looking for a Brand Manager to join their marketing team to support one of the key beverage products.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing manager, this role is to support the Marketing team to deliver and execute company marketing plan and promotion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand plan (marketing plan) to drive business growth of assigned brands.

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital and social media planning, public relations and communications, promotional strategies, event execution, and consumer engagement initiatives to drive brand and product strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses including campaign performance, sales and distribution metrics, inventory forecasting, and business reviews to inform strategic decisions.

• Oversee and track A&P budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.

About you

• Bachelor of degree
• Good organization and analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Able to communicate with different levels of people
• 5 years or above experiences in FMCG companies (preferable with lead team experiences)
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
