Arkahub is a funded residential rooftop solar company, founded in May 2025 by Manish Pansari (ex-CXO, Myntra) and Kaustabh Chakraborty (scaled Wakefit; founding team at Urban Ladder). Why this role exists

The brand function is being built from scratch. This person will own the day-to-day running of the brand across every customer touchpoint. We need someone who can own a campaign or a city launch end to end, not just coordinate agencies.

What they will own

• Brand consistency: One look and voice across ads, website, landing pages, sales material, site branding, WhatsApp,

Google Business Profiles and on-ground assets.

• Briefing: Clear briefs for the in-house creative team and external partners; turn insights into creative direction.
• Sales enablement: Pitch decks, spec sheets, rate cards, flyers, objection-handling content and proof assets.
• City launches: Run brand launches for new cities using a repeatable launch kit, with sales, ops and local teams.
• Campaigns and content: Plan and run brand campaigns; support organic content (YouTube, Instagram, blog) and creator partnerships.
• Customer proof: A steady supply of reviews, testimonials, case studies and referral stories.
• Insight and tracking: Support consumer research; track share of search, reviews and brand-driven leads.

What we're looking for

Must have

• 3–5 years in brand management, ideally in D2C, consumer durables, home improvement, FMCG or another considered-purchase category
• Strong writing and briefing skills; can define good creative and give sharp feedback
• Has run campaigns or launches end to end, with clear examples of outcomes
• Comfortable in a fast, unstructured startup; takes ownership without waiting for process
• Works well with sales and ops teams, not only creative teams

Good to have

• Experience with high-ticket, long-consideration or trust-led purchases
• Exposure to performance creative (Meta / YouTube) and its effect on cost per lead
• Regional or multi-city marketing, or influencer and creator work
• Kannada, Telugu, Marathi or Hindi (useful for city launches)

Not a fit

• Candidates who have only coordinated with agencies and not owned output
• Pure social media managers or designers

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
