Brand Manager

Brand & Omnichannel Strategy:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels—both online (e-commerce, live streams, social media) and offline (retail outlets, pop-up events, trade shows).

Team Leadership & Management:
Directly manage and guide the internal team, including Marketing Designers (visual assets), Admins (operational support), and Live Assistants (stream execution).

Live Streaming & Campaign Execution:
Oversee live stream schedules, promotional mechanics, studio operations, and collaborate with live assistants and hosts to hit sales targets.

Creative Direction:
Review and approve marketing graphics, video content, and promo materials prepared by the designer to ensure consistent brand identity.

Performance & Budget Management:
Track key metrics (GMV, ROI, conversion rates, foot traffic) and manage the monthly marketing budget.

Key Requirements to Look For

3–5+ years of experience in brand management, e-commerce, or 360° marketing (online & offline).

Proven experience managing a team with diverse roles (creative, admin, live operations).

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) as well as offline retail activation.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
