Brand Manager

Our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will take ownership of a designated portfolio and drive its further development and growth.

What will be your mission?

• Build and develop assigned brands within the CHC portfolio, including branded CHC products.
• Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to ensure sustainable sales and market share growth.
• Prepare and execute annual marketing plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the full brand lifecycle, from communication strategy and brand development to campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and other channels.
• Driving new products development and new product launches in close cooperation with Global Portfolio Team, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
• Develop and manage consumer and HCP communications, including internal and legal approval processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity, interpret business results, and propose actionable plans to accelerate brand growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to projects supporting sales growth.
• Take responsibility for brand budgets, P&L management, and investment planning, while evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong execution at the point of sale and deep portfolio knowledge.

• A Brand Manager with hands-on experience in brand management within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG, ready to take ownership of a portfolio and contribute strategically to its growth and long-term success.
• A professional with proven experience working on strong, market-leading brands, ideally within top CHC portfolios or comparable FMCG brands.
• Previous experience in an international company with a mature brand management culture (e.g., Danone, Nestlé, or similar organizations) is considered an advantage.
• A true brand owner who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer needs.
• A team player capable of building effective partnerships across functions, including Sales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Global Team, and Trade Marketing.
• A proactive, engaged team member with strong resilience – someone who welcomes feedback as a tool for development and stays composed when priorities shift quickly.
